01Our 14-day refund window
You may request a refund for a Dear.so subscription charge within 14 calendar days of the date of the charge. This policy applies to subscription charges paid through the payment provider shown at checkout.
If applicable law or the payment provider’s mandatory terms give you additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.
02How to request a refund
Email support@dear.so within the 14-day window. Send the request from your account email when possible and include the charge date and transaction or receipt reference. Do not send full card details or passwords.
We may ask for information needed to confirm the account and charge. We will review the request and let you know when it has been approved or if we need more information.
03After a refund is approved
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear after it is issued.
Refunding a subscription charge may end the paid access associated with that charge. Download or keep any information you need before requesting a refund.
04Refunds and cancellation
A refund request and a subscription cancellation are separate. To prevent future renewal charges, cancel the subscription through billing in the Dear.so app. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
See the Terms of Service for more information about subscriptions, renewals, and ending access.
05Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact support@dear.so promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, made in error, or was not authorized. Include enough purchase information for us to locate the transaction, but do not send sensitive payment credentials.
06Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our subscriptions or payment providers change. The date above identifies the latest version. A change will not reduce refund rights that already applied to a charge before the change.
